We manufacture a wide range of open die forgings in both carbon and alloy steels.  Configurations include but are not limited to; shafts and spindles, rings, bars, discs, cylinders, sleeves, and hubs.  Our capacity allows weights up to 36,000 pounds, lengths up to 25 feet, and diameters up to 60 inches (see Forging Configurations for more specific dimensions). All forgings can be certified to your specific requirements by in-house non destructive testing, or by independent destructive testing experts.
